On 8 March 2023, as part of a conference sponsored by the Equal Opportunities Commission of the Marche Region, entitled "Women in the Police and in the World of Work" and held at the Fermo Police Headquarters, Alex Marè presented one of his photographic works. This work portrays a State Police vehicle, a Volante, with the presence of two agents: a man and a woman. This visual representation was chosen to highlight the importance of gender equality in the workplace.
